Dear Family Orman is a collection of letters from families living in postwar Germany.  The project included a 116-page book, four motion graphic explainer videos, a dynamic website, and a large banner for in-person display. The goal of this project was to create something that honored my family's history and the letters we have, while making it engaging and fun for anyone to pick up and look at. This is not a traditional history book but a collection of letters that tell the stories of real people. 

 

The project also included planning, organizing, and producing a museum-style display event. This event functioned as a book launch and a way for people to see the physical letters that the project is based on.
